Welcome! I’m Haley, the owner of The Haven Collective. My passion is creating a space where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for while receiving high-quality beauty services in a relaxing and professional environment. I specialize in lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brows, and customized beauty services designed to enhance your natural features. Every appointment is focused on attention to detail, consistency, and helping you leave feeling your best. The Haven Collective was created to be more than just a service space—it’s a place where self-care meets experience. I truly value each client who walks through the door and appreciate the trust you place in me. ⸻ Lash Appointment Requirements To ensure the best possible results and retention: • Please arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, oils, or eye makeup) • Avoid oil-based products around the eye area before your appointment • Limit caffeine intake prior to your appointment if possible • Arrive on time with minimal eye makeup for proper prep • If you wear contact lenses, you may wish to bring a case for comfort For fill appointments: • Please arrive with at least 40–50% of your extensions remaining • Anything less may require a full set to achieve proper coverage ⸻ Lash Fill Policy • Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks • Fills are intended to replace lashes lost through the natural shedding cycle • If you arrive with less than 40–50% of your lashes remaining, or it has been longer than 3 weeks, your appointment may be adjusted to a full set • Foreign fills (lashes applied by another artist) must be approved prior to booking and may require a full set depending on the condition of the lashes ⸻ Late Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a late cancellation fee • If accommodations can be made, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule • Consistent lateness may result in required prepayment for future appointments ⸻ Cancellation & No-Show Policy • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee charged to the card on file • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment before booking future appointments

Cancellation Policy

✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy – The Haven Collective ✨ We value your time and ours, and we’re committed to providing a smooth and professional experience for every client 🤍 Please review our booking policy below: • 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee (up to 100% of the scheduled service). This fee is automatically processed through our booking system. • Same-Day Changes We understand emergencies happen. If you need to adjust your appointment the day of, please communicate as soon as possible to avoid fees. • Deposits & Fees All deposits and no-show fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment at our discretion. • Communication Policy We make every effort to communicate regarding appointment changes when possible.
